To improve NBP Funds' onboarding and user experience, the design team needed direct feedback on the current onboarding process (manual & digital) and the most common financial transactions users perform.
For this purpose, we conducted remote usability tests with the existing web and mobile platforms to identify pain points, user frustrations, and areas of improvement. Based on the insights gathered, the team will refine the design approach to optimize the experience.
